- Gather, validate, and organize data from multiple sources, including reports, databases, industry publications, and online resources.
- Utilize tools like Excel to process, clean, and analyze large datasets for meaningful insights.
- Support lead generation efforts by identifying potential clients and business opportunities through data research.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to provide data-backed insights on customer preferences and industry demand.
- Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing best practices in data collection and validation.
- Monitor technology forums, publications, and news sources to keep the company informed about the latest developments in the IT services industry.
The Essentials for Success:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience in market research, lead generator, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, other Office tools and relevant tools for lead generation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret complex data and present insights in a clear, concise manner.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
What Will Give You an Edge:
- Experience with CRM tools or data visualisation software is an advantage.
- Knowledge of data mining techniques and competitive intelligence tools.
